Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is seeking an IT Assistant / Service Desk for its Head Office.

AzerCredit is currently seeking an IT Assistant / Service Desk for its Head Office.
IT Assistant / Service Desk
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support and maintenance computers, network and other office equipment, networking and Internet services, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and printer issues, 2. Support users of core-banking system (Temenos eMerge) on operational level; 3. Installation of Temenos eMerge Desktop system, Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Seven, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus systems, firewall systems and etc.; 4. Assist in administration of anti-virus protection, spam protection, updating on daily bases anti-virus databases. 5. Assist in training users in Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Seven, Microsoft Office applications, email client programs; 6. Assist in IT administration for Head Office and branches offices (Absheron), managing user support and consulting, training users on IT systems, data backup system and IT security; 7. Participate in implementation of IT projects for the regional branches. 8. Implements other duties given him by the MIS/IT Manager, Management Board
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria; qualifications, knowledge and technical skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field; 2. Knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/Seven; 3. Advanced computer skills in MS Office Applications, electronic mail systems; 4. Knowledge on networking and Internet services; 5. Knowledge of Ethernet technologies, NAT, routing protocols, firewall systems, remote administration methods, WAN, LAN; is preferable; 6. Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and printer issues; 7. Candidates must be fluent in Azeri and Russian, English is desirable; 8. Ability to travel locally to attend IT and training events as required (Absheron)
