We have open fixed term (outstaff) position for People & Culture Assistant based in Baku city.

This position exists for control and coordinate directions as:

- Reception;
- Office administration;
- JTİ Azerbaijan employees travelling;

Main areas of responsibilities:

- Receive ingoing / redirect calls with providing suitable & relevant information;
- Control courier service management incl. budget tracking, sign contract / amendments/ prolongations with vendor, invoices checking, PR creations, Annex, E-CAS & GR posting;
- Receiving & distribution of letters & faxes in the office, scanning of documents;
- Check office condition every working day, in case of any breakage cooperate with office contractors or relevant supplier ensuring a smooth on-going office run;
- Control and coordinate the notary service incl. budget tracking, sign contract / amendments/ prolongations with vendor, invoices checking, PR creations, Annex, E-CAS & GR posting;
- Control and coordinate the corporate taxi services usage incl. budget tracking, sign contract / amendments/ prolongations with vendor, track services usage, invoice checking, PR, Annex, E-CAS, GR posting;
- Coordinate Travel Desk including budget tracking (Collect travel requests from employees, process with signatures collection by relevant colleagues and issue orders; proceed with travel/ trip registering in 1C HR and excel report; organize tickets purchase, transportation ordering, hotel registration for trips; prepare invitation letters and support with visas);
- Support provision in organization of P&C events / projects.

Candidate requirements:

Education: University degree;
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience. Experience at an international company is a plus.
Language Skills: Azerbaijan- native, Russian - fluent; English – excellent;
Functional Skills: good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
