Learning & Development Manager


• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development (preferably in banking industry)
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to perform Training Needs Analysis
• Ability to identify performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
• Excellent project management skills with ability to work independently to plan, set direction, organize, and set/achieve priorities related to day-to-day tasks and projects
• Experience in statistics for HR Learning reports and ability to ensure courses are within budget
• Strong data and talent analytic skills/mindset
• Ability to evaluate contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs
• Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations
• Strong organizational skills with experience in multi-tasking
• Demonstrable administration experience with the ability to manage large volume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office packages
• Fluency in Russian language
• Fluency in English language is advantage
