Payroll Specialist

Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola company in Azerbaijan. Having first started in 1994, Coca-Cola bottling operations in Azerbaijan came under the roof of Coca-Cola İçecek in 2007.

Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers serves a consumer base of 10 million with 1 plant and more than 300 employees in Azerbaijan. Its product portfolio comprises Coca-Cola, Bonaqua, Burn, Cappy, Doğadan, Fanta, Fuse Tea, Sprite.

The Responsibilities:

• Calculating monthly salaries of the employees, vacation payments, medical certificate payments
• Considering the employee benefits and other additional terms in the calculations
• Calculating addtional premium for the employees according to the relevant regulations and making proper deductions in relevance to the legislation
• Execution the salaries and correctness of the related deductions of equivalent payments
• Preparing and submitting monthly, quartelly and annual reports to the relevant government agencies (SSPF, statistical office, etc)
• Setting initial documentation in order to provide the state accounting documents (medical certificates, other benefits, etc) to be payed by government agency (SSPF, social protection centre).
• Preparing the reports within the company and to Turkey (monthly, quasterly, annually) about the total number of employees as for the departments and as well as the level of their positions, salaries, bonuses, holidays, night hours, excess work hours, work hours during the holidays and the work done in those hours; Preparing monthly, quaterly and annaul Anadolu reports
• Preparing annual work value budget according to the positions scheduled by the Heads of Departments, at the end of the year
• Assisting the HR Supervisor and HR & Admin Director in the preparation of the documents of works with Labour Inspectorate, Office of Employment and the Ministry of Taxes
• Working with timesheets and time&attendance systems

The Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 3-5 years of working experience in related field
• Advanced level in Labour and Tax Code of the AR
• Advanced user in MS Office programs, specially Excel
• Payroll module in SAP system
• Strong work ethic and Team Player
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Strong Interpersonal (Verbal and Written) Communication skills
• Ability to communicate with various Levels of Management
• Decision Making, Problem Solving and Analytical skills
• Organizational, Multitasking, and Prioritizing skills
• Good command of English and Russian Languages (Upper Intermediate)
