Position Summary

The Content (Activity Design) Specialist responsible for designing and implementing the rules and structure of role-play activities, event / seasonal program contents designed and engineered to give children the opportunity to experience real professions in fun and interactive ways. Responsible for writing engaging, dynamic, short activity scripts that represent partners brand/products and aligns with the educational curricula in an engaging manner that speaks to children. Continuously creates and presents new ideas for better edutainment activities and fun for kids.


• Works closely with the Experience Manager to conceptualize new activities or uses already defined activity elements; decides how to create the best experience for the activity using these elements within a certain budget and timeframe
• Helps with the development and design of the various elements of the activity setting, including activity structure and flow, characters, props and other devices available to the characters, interface design, and modes of play
• Develops concepts, storyboards, and script content for multimedia production
• Helps adapt children stories for shows and theatre stage
• Copyediting, proofreading, optimizes and improves content
• Develops voices across various platforms with unique and engaging perspectives
• Comprehends and implements vision to meet Caspian Entertainment experience and content standards
• Uses good command of various game and workshop-based platforms and technologies and possessing a thorough understanding of game play theory including elements of video, tabletop, and interactive board games designed for children
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and ability to present ideas both verbally and visually using various presentation tools.
• Provide on the job training for approved activities to operations team together with training team.
• Complete daily tasks and activity monitoring site visit routes given by the manager for being sure that all activities are being done properly according to company standards.
• Preparing requested reports.
• Support the operations when requested on daily operations, events or organizations in collaboration with operations team.


• A minimum of an Associate degree in journalism, sociology, creative writing, or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content and script writing, copyediting, specifically designed for children is highly preferred.
• Must have a portfolio that showcases a breadth of writing across short and long form copy. Must have strong creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to put vision into writing.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
• Advanced in Azerbaijan and English Languages. Fluency at Russian.
