JOB SUMMARY

Meet and exceed personal sales and orders targets, ensure meeting the price and margin targets of the business he/she is part of

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• To identify and secure new business and new customers in UPS & Cooling / Rack / PDU / Data Center Solutions by promoting VERTIV products and services
• Bringing up any business suggestions as may be necessary in order to attain the goals in the sector and thinking and acting in parallel with the interests of the department in order to comply with common solutions
• Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of VERTIV abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities
• Preparing bids related to the devices, following up the same until a positive or negative outcome is yielded, in case of an order, processing the order; and in case of an imported material, ensuring and following up placement of an order with the approval of the Country Manager in Azerbaijan / Regional Office. Delivering the system in whole in due time to the destination by working in coordination with the import department until the system is delivered to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Cooperate with the Operations function to ensure seamless orders and contracts handover and a disciplined use of ERP systems
• Discussing and sharing any reclamation, competitor information, needs and requirements received from the market with the person in charge of marketing and taking the necessary action.
• Provide timely and reliable yearly, monthly and weekly reports as necessary
• Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters.
• Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that the Company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business operations
• Maintain cooperation with all other sales organizations w/in VERTIV promoting cross-selling
• Comply with the Company’s ITC ( International Trade Compliance ) policy
• Complies with ISO procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• School Background

- University Degree - Technical / or Economic-Engineer school preferably
- Preferably electrical and electronics engineering graduate, or technical-economical education

• Language skills

- Fluent English, Russian and Turkish ( preferable )
- Other languages are a plus

• Technical / Functional skills

- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience preferably in an industry ( preferable in technical field ) related to critical infrastructure equipment
- With high skills in representation and potential in sale
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Result oriented in sales

• Attitudes

- Customer and result oriented in sales ,
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Able to keep pace with intense hours of work
- Drive and self motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required
- Available to travel within the assigned territory
- No obstacles for traveling
- With class B driver's license
- Age 24-32 years old
- No military service responsibility
- Salary is negotiable ( will be discussed with successful candidate separately )
