Position: Customer Service Specialist
Function: Operations
Department: Operations and Control
Reports to: Functionally to Head of Operations and Control Department, Administratively to Branch Manager

Job purpose

Responsible for Services (Operations) provision in the Branch (including cash operations)

Main Accountability 

1. Greeting customers (both external & internal) appropriately and giving them their undivided attention.
2. Ensuring that the requirements of each customer are accurately identified and handled. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage customer retention. Provide necessary actions related to services/products using all communication channels.
3. Provision of day-to-day tasks within agreed deadlines & with highest level of standards
4. Execution of all necessary procedures to protect confidentially of customer records & information.
5. Adhering all activities and operations with Bank’s compliance requirements. Identifying and referring any possible fraudulent transactions.
6. Completing all relevant documentation and reports accurately and within agreed deadlines.
7. Maintaining proper documents flow (including customer records) & archiving in accordance with approved policies & procedures
8. Acting as back-ups to operations personnel in Branches when/if necessary
9. Meeting prescribed individual KPIs and targets

Knowleddge, skills and experience required

• Education: Bachelor degree in economics or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 1-3 year experience in relevant field
• License / Certificate: -
• Foreign Language: English, Russian, Azerbaijani
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys
• Market Knowledge: -
• Other: interpersonal and reporting skills, strong communication skills, able to reserve conflict, promote innovative thinking and self-improvement. Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them
