Study abroad specialist Mentora College Azerbaijan

Requirements:

• Higher education; • Minimum one year of experience in an office environment; • Great desire to work and develop in this sphere; • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, hard-working; • Great communication and phone skills; • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages; • Fluent in Azeri & Russian, good knowledge of English. • Strong knowledge in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Develop advertising and recruiting strategies for overseas academic programs, assist in the enhancement of study abroad promotion efforts through technology and social media, coordinate and conduct class presentations in college to promote study abroad programs; • Respond to inquiries by students wishing to study abroad in person and through technology, advise and counsel students to help them select appropriate programs, resolve problems, and overall provide excellent student services; • Managing day-to-day interactions with existing corporate clients • Advise students for education abroad •  Effectively manage contacts with prospective students • Managing administrative activity within the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Supervise the work of trainers and instructors • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system • Support other teams with various administrative tasks • Manage day-to-day operations of the office • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary • Provide general support to visitors • Provide outreach and advising on study abroad to underserved populations and students from diverse backgrounds.' • Assist with processing of applications and supporting documentations for Study Abroad Programs. • Maintain and update study abroad web information, databases
