AKK Promotion is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the company’s management in day-to-day activities from reporting to research, schedule management, and project management of company-wide tasks. This is the perfect role for a motivated and results-oriented individual that is looking for an opportunity to grow their insight into daily management initiatives and business planning.
Your role:
• Manage, prioritize and take full ownership of CEO’s daily business calendar and communication tools in a well-ordered technique • Organize meeting and travel plans in an efficient and structured manner • Organize documentation/presentation • Handle thoroughly all needed and required actions; and professionally representing his business functions • Purchase order creations for necessary suppliers for events/others • Taking dictation and minutes within meetings with write up / follow up • Handling correspondence directed to managers • Answer and direct calls and emails of the CEO of a general nature, accordingly update and maintain phone lists for CEO. • Correspondence of eloquent emails and letters for various events and announcements and manage telecommunications. • Provide additional cover for other administrative staff during absences/leave or when assisting another team. • Act as a 'gate-keeper' to the CEO. • Any additional tasks assigned by the CEO
Required skills:
• Good verbal and writing communication skills. • Good administrative skills. • Good people skills. • General computer knowledge. • Must have basic reading, writing and math skills. • Prioritization skills, ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple sources • Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel professionally
Required Education
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft office, including word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
Required Experience
• 3 to 4 years’ of similar experience
