Job brief

Regional Manager in Incoming business development is a multifunctional position demanding commitment, focus, creativity and leadership which is focused to develop business in China. Being part of “Rayda” team and play a valuable part in it’s overall strategy will add value and develop the candidate, as well as being very challenging, interesting and versatile career experience

Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop by working with experienced colleagues
• Be aware of company products and services
• Establish relations and cooperation with most China travel companies in order to sell Azerbaijan and use “Rayda” products and services
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners
• Support operational (back office) team in their day to day operations
• Attend in all “Rayda” international and national events by promoting Azerbaijan as destination and “Rayda’ as main partner
• Maximize our presence in China markets
• Increase quantity of incoming guests from year to year based on developed scenario
• Support in arranging events and exhibitions

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Proficiency in Chining is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge English, Russian or Azerbaijan languages is an advantage
• Experience in customer relations is an advantage
• Experience in communications and relationship building
• Ability to build trust by partners and clients
• Time management and planning skills
• Enterpeneur mindset with business focus
