HR Specialist/assistant ( female only 22-28 years of old)

• Provide an efficient, customers – focused service to “PROLINK CASPIAN” LLC  staff, managers and external customers of the HR department on all HR issues;
• Prepare staff employment contracts and other relevant paperwork for hiring, promotion, transferring, rotation, termination of employees, assuring that all approvals are in place;
• Prepare of monthly timesheets for  Prolink Caspian staff;
• Prepare apartment lease agreement contract for expat employees;
• Carry out of the calculation of the vacation to the workers;
• To control the writing, making labor books, signing labor contract;
• To get insurance policies from SSPF for employees;
• To conduct and form employees s personal works;
• To participate preparation of recruitment, dismissal, vacation, business trip, promotion and other orders related to HR;
• To add employee data to the Electronic Employee Database and regularly update the databases;
• To participate in the organization of events and meetings related to HR;

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field;
- Having experience with HR related Programs;
- Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
- Excellent communication skills

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
•
