HR Legal Officer

1. Higher Legal Education
2. More than 3 years of experience in the relevant field
3. Ability to write and speak fluently in Azerbaijani.
4. Computer skills ( independent user of MS word, Excel)
5. Ability to work in tension.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To participate in court hearings for the purpose of protecting the company (preparation of appeals against plaintiffs, collecting, approving and submitting relevant documents)
2. To write official letters on behalf of the company, respond to letters of complaint.
3. To provide legal opinion on all types of submitted documents.
4. To work with government and public institutions. To prepare the required documents in a timely and accurate manner.
5. To prepare orders, get explanations from employees; investigate industrial events and workers' faults.
6. To provide legal assistance (to the reception staff, close collaboration with  the HR Department in solving labor disputes, direct participation in employment termination)
7. To prepare electronic reports.
8. To provide monthly (or quarterly) written information to the Judicial Implementing Offices on the execution of the enforcement proceedings, return the completed or suspended execution records to the JIO, and terminate the proceedings.
