Carlsberg-Azerbaijan Brewing Company announces the recruitment of candidates for the vacancy of the Research and Innovation Manager.

Main job responsibilities:

1. Research: Organizes the systematic collection of data necessary to form the basis for making decisions related to the implementation of the Company's marketing strategy. Supervises work on conducting research in the field, in focus groups; development of questionnaires, questionnaires, other documents reflecting the results of surveys, testing, etc.
2. Assortment Management: Analyzes the effectiveness of the CBAZ assortment, identifies weaknesses / opportunities for optimization. Calculates business cases for the launch of new products, cost optimization, de-listing, etc. Ensures the relevance of data in global systems.
3. Planning, budgeting and forecasting: Participates in the development of annual and strategic marketing plans. Manages the budget for research, as well as controls timely payments and prepares financial reports.
4. Analyzes the data and presents the information necessary to determine the marketing strategy of CBAZ (macro indicators, market dynamics, segmentation, trends among consumers, activity of competitors, demand, solvency, etc.).

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education - preferably in the field of marketing and / or statistics;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• At least 5 years in the research sector (preferably in a large FMCG company);
• Knowledge of the theory of statistics, methods of collecting and processing statistical data, methodology for conducting various quantitative and qualitative research.
• Have strong knowledge in marketing, sales and finance.
• Effective project management.

Knowledge and skills:

• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian;
• Confident PC user (including specialized programs, such as SPPS or Pulsar). MS Office.
• Good organizational, communication and public speaking skills.
• Focus on results.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Readiness to independently master new skills.
• Motivation.
