
Office Administrator
Duties of the Office Administrator include:
• Receiving calls, e-mail and correspondence and responding to them accordingly • Planning and organizing schedule for trainings • Organizing company events or conferences • Maintaining technical equipment and stationery to make sure it is ready for particular event • Preparing letters, presentations and reports • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems • Researching about existing solutions at international level • Tracking the use of equipment and coordinating its repair if needed • Directing the incoming issues among workers accordingly
Requirements of the role:
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. English is a plus. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to details and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements • Interest in developing in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) fields • Experience as an Front office manager or Administrative assistant is a plus.
Terms and conditions:
• 40 hours per week (full-time job) • Compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code
