Gemza Group is announcing an Sales Engineer vacancy.

Gemza Group , which is one of the critical safety equipment supplier and service provider company in Azerbaijan, the company is investing in its Sales team through contemporary trainings and providing excellent working atmosphere and building staff capacity in order to plant the seeds of more successful future. Working under close supervision of the Head of Commercial Department, the successful candidate will be engaged in various activities including sales and business development and reporting.

Work location will be at Baku.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or MBA with 3-7 years of experience in field of mechanical, rotating equipment and services, in power, petrochemical, oil and gas industry.
• Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers service product/ solution.
• Sells services products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.
• Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements. Participates in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
• Provides a detailed report of risk assessment for each client.
• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the service Sales organization.
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services products offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and regular visit.
• Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Marketing of Value-added services to all end users.
• Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
• Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
• Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.
