Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the Agency’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS;
• Analyse the Agency’s as well as its regional branches’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, and submit a final report to management;
• Assist in preparing the Agency’s and hospitals’ financial reports in accordance with the National Accounting Standards for Commercial Entities;
• Assist the Agency and hospitals in budgeting;
• Assist Head of Division and Head of Department during external as well as internal audits;
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budget controlling;
• Support Head of Department in ensuring efficient use of public funds.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics and management;
• Minimum 3 years of  work experience in budgeting, expense recording, finance, accounting;
• Calculation and analysis of macroeconomic ratios;
• Analysis and allocation of revenues and expenses;
• Cash flow statement and P&L in accordance with IFRS;
• Proficiency in dealing with big data;
• High analytical, communication and team player skills;
• English and Russian (speaking and writing);
• Excellence in MS Excel and basic proficiency in other MS Office programmes;
• ACCA, CIMA, CFA is a preference.
