The Company has position open for Receptionist.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assistance to Office Administrator for maintenance of office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
• Reviewing and supply requisitions;
•  Screening telephone calls, answer and transfer all incoming calls;
• Receive and distribute e-mails, faxes, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate, designing filing systems;
• Meet and greet visitors and guests of Company, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs;
• Arrange accommodation/hotel reservation for visitors and guests of the Company, as well as for Company’s staff being on business trips;
• Make visa application support for Company’s staff/guests if any required;
• Handles some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the administrator or executive and staff;
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet, mail room: dispatch/receipt;
• Research, analysis and ongoing work and communication with various suppliers of various services and solutions for administrative and office needs;
• Support to Office Administrator and staff;
• Various administrative assignments and tasks in regards of office operations.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and related fields
• 3 years experience in relevant field
• good communication and organizational skills
• proven, solid Excel, Word and other office program skills
• knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
