Main responsibility

•  Map out annual training plans for HR and all management
•  Design and develop training programs, select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
•  Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
•  Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
•  Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
•  Design, prepare and order required aids and materials
•  Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
•  Partner with internal stakeholders
•  Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
•  Host train-the-trainer sessions
•  Manage and maintain all training facilities and equipment
• Research and recommend new training method
• In case required assist to HR services duties

Required knowledge & experience:

•  BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
•  Azeri- native, Russian and English languages proficiency
•  Proven minimum 1-2 year work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
•  Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
•  Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
•  Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
•  Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
•  Experience with e-learning platforms
•  MS Office proficiency
•  Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
•  Strong communication, good time-management skills

Working Conditions:

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and move from one property to another one
• Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, lifting, sitting, reaching, and typing on a computer for long periods of time
• Ability to work in moderately busy work environment for long periods of time and communicate effectively in this environment
