Project Manager

Minimum requirements:

• University degree in technical or telecommunication field and relevant experience; 
• Knowledge of telecommunication equipments  & products 
• Minimum 3 years experience in the telecommunication or relevant field preferably in international organizations;
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English, excellent in Azerbaijani and Russian;
• Hands on experience in telecommunication project design, implementation, reporting and evaluation;
• Ability to operate windows applications, including Microsoft Office and Internet;
