Strabag Azerbaijan Limited Liability Company announces vacancy for the position of the Procurement Manager Assistant.
The qualification requirements are the following:
• Successful graduation from a recognized college or university. • Minimum 3 years experience in related field. • Fluency in speaking the English, Russian and Azeri languages. • Ability to work with documents. • Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • This employee must be a team player but also able to think and act independently, often under stressful conditions and in sensitive situations.
Main responsibilities and Duties are:
• Maintain and extend Supplier data base; • Help to issue tendering documents; • Written and verbal communication with site, technical staff and suppliers; • Issue and send out inquiries to possible suppliers and sub-contractors; • Price Comparison; • Issue purchase orders in cooperation with head of procurement; • Monitoring delivery times and quality; • Documentation and reporting; • Fill in and copy documents for procurement department.
