QED International is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Weight Controller.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of Project Weight Report
• Input of weight and centre of gravity into database system.
• Monthly weight reports.
• Interim weight reports to assist Structural Engineers in Lift Studies.
• Monitoring of installed items on construction site.
• Conversant with all disciplines of Topsides / Drilling Module fabrication.
• Works within the Engineering Department, direct line of contact with Drawing Office Coordinator

Requirements:

Must be conversant with all Disciplines in Offshore Topsides Construction.
Must be Computer literate, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access) and be conversant with AutoCad.
Previous experience as MTO Estimator would be beneficial.
