Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the produc-tion of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.
The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. In addition to the specific criteria stated, all candidates for the post must also have proven management skills, planning skills, excellent communication skills and high motivation.
We are currently looking for HSE ENGINEER position.
Responsibilities
• To develop, maintain and implement CIDC initial project and later on Paper Plant HSE Plan • To develop and implement Emergency Responce plan • To develop and implement HSE procedures, policies and manuals (Update all documentation when required) • Enforce the implementation of the safety procedures on site in accordance with the safety manual • To organize HSE Induction (Trainings if required) for all Visitors, New CIDC and Sub-Contractor`s Employees • Ensures that all work on site comply with the safety requirements • To participate at checking of technical conditions of plant, equipment and machinery. • To STOP and to perform required safety measures during observation of unsafe works and any unsafe conditions on site. • Ensure incident investigation is carried out and followed up with all HSE procedures and policies • Auditing the Construction site and report during the meetings • Liaise with Contractor`s and Sub-Contractor`s HSE Representatives • Provide CIDC Management with regular Safety reports
Job-related requirements
Experience with local Authorities and Safety regulations Qualification required: HSE Trainings with International recognized certificates Technical University Degree At least 5 years relevant working experiences Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian Good communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work in a team, with high motivation, self-starter and ability to take responsibilities.
