CAD Draftsman

Requirements:

·         Knowledge/experience in the working field: mechanical and/or electrical systems. (If no person can be found in this field then alternatively the building construction field would be acceptable)

·         Should be an initiative person with very good attitude, graduated from mechanical/electrical studies and having few years praxis in an engineering office.

·         University Degree

·         Proficient in AutoCAD and good knowledge of MS Office

·         Proficiency in Azeri, English and Russian

Key accountabilities:

Main work will be the correction and amendment of existing MEP and building drawings, the preparation of drawings and data to be imported to the CAFM system and assembling of as build documentation incl. O&M manuals.
Shall be interested in working with database applications since he/she will have a intensive interface with our CAFM system (computer aided facility management system).
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Able to handle short deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
High integrity
 

Remark: CAD draftsmen coming from the field of geosystems (GIS) / maps are not suitable for our demand.

The working hours shall be from 9.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Salary: AZN 800 – 1,000.
