Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the produc-tion of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. In addition to the specific criteria stated, all candidates for the post must also have proven management skills, planning skills, excellent communication skills and high motivation. 

CIVIL ENGINEER

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for all the Civil design
• Coordinate all the civil design works with the Engineering company, machine suppliers and other parties involved
• Responsible for the adaptation of foreign designs to Local required standards
• Coordinate and implement all required civil design adaptation requested by other disciplines as Electrical, Mechanic Engineer and other
• Check all the Civil designs prior to issue for Construction
• Coordinate and responsible for the Civil technical issues related to the contracts
• Organize and prepare all the required documentation for the applications of the necessary permits, as building permit, state acceptance and commissioning and other construction permits
• If required assists the Site supervisor on the construction site, with Progress and Quality control of the works, especially during his absence or if required in off working hours, during ongoing construction works
• Other tasks required for this position

Requirements

• Educational Background: University Degree (Civil Engineering )
• Minimum practical experience – 5 years in Industrial Construction
• Fluent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian
• Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD
