FINCA Azerbaijan is seeking a System Administrator for its central office in Baku. FINCA Azerbaijan is a rapidly-growing microfinance institution now providing credit to more than 90,000 clients across Azerbaijan.

The System Administrator will:

• Manage and troubleshoot network administration, including Active Directory for the Baku and regional office networks;
• Manage  and troubleshoot of Internet and email servers, WAN;
• Manage backups;
• Manage new technology implementation projects

The candidates should have:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory administration;
• Excellent knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, VPN, routing, internet firewalls, email servers and clients;
• Excellent knowledge of  MS Exchange server;
• Good knowledge of  MS ISA Server ;
• Any certificates in the networking area would be an advantage;
• Fluency in the Azerbaijani and Russian languages, and a good understanding of English;
