Requirements:
• Higher education; • 3-5 years of experience in present sphere; • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages; • Microsoft Office
Roles & Responsibilities
• Control of a Document Management System; • To maintain the company library, archives and reliable system; • Primary accept of documents in Company and supervision of entry into flow; • Supervision of receipt and registration of guests of Company, as well as of phone calls receipt and forwarding to system • Review company forms and ensure supervision of registration journals; • Control and audit of the system periodically;
