Maintenance Coordinator

Purpose Of Job:

Co-ordinating Maintenance Activities for Safety Technicians, preparing job costing and submitting quotations. Arranging the prompt submission of job reports to the client and ensuring the timely close out of corrective actions. Participate in clients meetings including HSE discussions. Procurement of spare parts for maintenance jobs, and any other services/activities as directed by the General Manager, all to applicable procedures and standards as required by Company.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality

• Carry out work activities in accordance with all HSEQ requirements and procedures
• Conduct yourself in a safe manner and in a manner to protect the safety of others
• Carry out personal risk assessments and any other health and safety requirements to ensure personal safety

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure work materials and equipment are suitable and used in the correct manner in accordance with relevant operating procedures
• Carry out work activities in accordance with Company procedures under the instruction and guidance of responsible to
• Ensure all work activities are completed in accordance with Company procedures and in compliance with client requirements

Administrative / Leadership Responsibilities

• Complete all required information on required documentation in accordance with Company procedures

Competence Assurance System Responsibilities

• Ensure assessment induction process and checklist are completed in accordance with procedures
• Actively participate in the Competence Assurance System to confirm personal competence within job role in accordance with procedures
• Participate in the performance appraisal process in accordance with Company procedures and within agreed timescale

Qualifications

Degree in any related field
Masters in Business Administration

Experience

Minimum of three years experience in a maintenance co-ordination position.
Minimum of three years experience in a fire and safety field within the oil and gas industry.
Previous experience in various databases and reports
Previous experience in procurement and/ or sales

Skills / Training

Ability to operate and understand various databases
Advanced Azerbaijani and English
Work in a team
Timely completion of project deadline and capacity to work under pressure
Previous training in fire and safety products

Salary: 1000-1500 AZN Gross
