Marcom & Media Planning manager
Requirements:
· Higher education (Business/Marketing, Master degree is preferable)
· At least 5 years experience in especially Marketing and Advertising and Marcom field in different industries
· 2-3 year of experience in people management
· Knowledge of MS Office, Project Management
· English (Upper Intermediate), Azeri (fluent) and Russian (good)
· Military service
Roles & Responsibilities
Deploy the communication strategy of the company by managing marketing communications and media, buying according to the brand values with appropriate designs and artworks Main responsible of the brand values and brand book of the company Work closely with Consumer and Corporate Product Development Team and Plan the activities of the team according to Consumer and Corporate Product Team’s roadmap and delegate Marcom Team to prepare the creative briefs for each task and manage the creative work on all communication materials till the launch Plan the strategy for media placement according to the plan and Manage the arrangement of all media bearers: TVC, Radio, OOH, point-of-purchase displays for particular assignments Control the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers in the team with proofreading copy and liaising with designers. Prepare the sponsorship strategy and plan (events & exhibitions) Staff and coach Marcom & Media Planning Team and plan development areas in the team Analyze competitor communications and share it proactively in Marketing Department Main contact with Procurement department on document flow control of all issues related to internal and external filings, invoicing, requests and etc. Prepare direct marketing strategy and plan (BTL activities etc.) and direct contact with 3rd parties within the overall process
