JTI Representative Office in Azerbaijan is opening the position of Human Resources Assistant, Azerbaijan

Main responsibilities:

• Personnel records and HR administration support in compliance with local Labor Code as well as company policies and procedures;
• Handle hiring / transfer / dismissal transactions and keep document flow in accurate manner;
• Ensure quality and timely recruitment support for entire staff;
• Provide training & development support to employees;
• Regular reporting on all HR related activities;
• Provide other administration support as may be requested.

This position is supposed to provide HR support to Georgian market on temporary basis. This will require frequent travelling.

Requirements:
Education: University degree. Preferably in Social science, Economics.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in HR related field, preferably in international environment
Language Proficiency: fluent knowledge of Russian, English and Azerbaijan languages (mandatory)
Computer Literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
Specific knowledge – knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan is mandatory
Personal Characteristics: Responsible, hardworking, good communication, time management and planning/organizing skills.
