Job Description – HR Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR specialist will perform general duties in Human Resources Department. Re-sponsibilities include developing, conducting and implementing programs and adminis-trative support to the all HR functional area such as training program including em-ployee development plans & other subjects related to the HR work. This position will work closely with the HR manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Assist in the coordination of HR activities such as compensation, benefits, recruit-ment, communication, personnel development, training and others. • Coordinates recording and filling of information about company personnel such as promotions, pay scales, absences, training status and termination. • Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all employees without management. • Assists in employee relations, new employee orientations. • Coordinates recruiting activity to ensure the best talent is selected. • Implementing Strabag Recruiting System. • Creates environment to support the ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and ongoing improvement. • Find out organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams. • Identifies training needs and designs training programs that support the organiza-tion’s change management initiatives and need for developing the knowledge and capabilities of all internal talent. • Coordinates and conducts internal training programs and evaluates effectiveness. • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual im-provements in efficiency of department and services performed. • Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required. • Leads employee activities and events. • Participates in and/or leads special group projects. • Protecting company assets effectively. • Responsible for other as required. • Assist and conduct all formulated Human Resource duties and program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Education (Major) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent related HR • Experience - Requires at least 3~ 5 years experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Work experience in HR in multinational company preferred • Skill - Good understanding on HR related job - Strong interpersonal skill - English communication skills required (Both verbal and written) - Excellent in MS office package (especially Excel)
