Job Function/Scope
To achieve and demonstrate efficient management, and coordination, of resources to carry out the tasks required to meet the clients’ requirements. To achieve high levels of safety performance and fully comply with all Base rules and procedures and to develop and demonstrate competency and capability of selected national staff to perform the role of the post.
• Receiving, filling and distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Coordinating the translation of documents. • Maintaining of contacts database. • Ordering stationary and cleaning staff for office and Supply Bases. • Preparation of Purchase Orders for stationary and cleaning staff. • Catering arrangements for office and ensure that bottled water is available at all times. • Registration and Packing of invoices and keeping their delivery notes. • Covering of Administrative Assistant at the Base for the periods of vacation and sickness. • Any other duties as and when required.
Roles & Responsibilities/Accountability The Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for performing various secretarial duties in the office assisting not only the Deputy General Manager but also providing general office support to ensure smooth administration activities.
Qualifications/Experience
High school level education. Medium work experience in Translating. Proficiency in English, Russian and Azeri. Good computer skills. Ability to accurate handling of paperwork and documentation.

Strong communication skills. Ability to identify priorities, co-ordinate resources and manage the performance of operations activities. Strong ability to drive change and be innovative.
