Helpdesk Operator
POSITION PURPOSE : Responsible for operating a hot-line service for resolving dealer’s operational requirements, problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
o To give response to inbound dealer calls, inquiries or questions. o To enter the questions in to the system and inform suppliers about requests for action (RFA). o To give information to technicians when necessary. o To monitor network, inform team leader if there is an unexpected situation. o To follow up installation, regain, turnover, maintenance transactions. o To follow up, control and file service & maintenance forms. o To make coupon and terminal paper tests. o To do the operations of agent surveys.
2. Technical Support Technician
POSITION PURPOSE : Maintain general terminal functinality by cleaning, repairing and testing so as to meet the dealership satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
o To repair the out of order machines quickly and on time. o To protect stock level, repair out of order products quickly and on time. o To report the frequent problem types in the field. o To train 3rd party technicians in the field. o To provide field support for project management tests.
