P&G Internship is an integral part of our business. It provides students with an opportunity to experience what careers are like at P&G before joining us as a Full-Time Employee. We believe this is the best way to give students an understanding of the kind of work we have to offer and also allows us, as an employer, to evaluate students as a prospective employee. As P&G Interns, you will get first-hand experience with our work, our people, our values, and culture. You will be given real responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities to work with senior management and colleagues from all over the Central Asian and Caucasus Countries. In return, you will be given individual coaching and the opportunity to show results.

P&G Internship Structure
Typically, we run our internship program during the summer vacation. As part of the internship program, you will be given real-life projects. Throughout the program, you will get individual coaching by your project coach. In addition, there will be two rounds of systematic performance feedback sessions to help you succeed in your project.  Our internship projects are in the area of Customer Business Development (Sales!) and Marketing.

We look for:
•         Azerbaijan citizenship
•         Students at their pre-last year of study (can be Masters)
•         Fluent English
•         Abilities of strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem solving; creativity; initiative; communication and priority setting.
