IT Support Team Member
Requirements:
Higher technical education (Computer engineering, Computer science etc. preferable) 2 years of work experience in IT / IT Helpdesk/Support field MS WINDOWS 9x/NT/2000/XP admin skills, TCP/IP protocols Azerbaijani - excellent, Russian and English - upper intermediate
Required competencies:
Customer orientation Ability to work under pressure Technical professional knowledge Decision making and problem solving Adaptability / Flexibility
Main responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of company Win32 platform workstations Conduct of IT requests sent by ServiceDesk (all tasks related to IT HelpDesk)
