HR Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for performing all HR activities such as recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, HRIS, HR Reporting, organizational management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
o To prepare and update roles & responsibilities according to business needs, o To prepare policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters, o To participate in the preparations headcount plans, human resources and related items budget and analyse and report monthly budget and actual comparisons, o To perform the recruitment process ensuring that a minimum of vacancies exists that all sources are fully activated that all new hires are high calibre including pro-active recruitment activities, o To be responsible for the update of cv database, and other recruitment web sites and consultancies. o To operate the activities for compensation (grading) and fringe benefits such as health & life & private pension insurances, tickets, position specific benefits (Car, GSM, GPRS, Notebook etc.), o To operate the activities for performance management system, o To implement, manage HRIS and intranet, o To prepare periodically (monthly, quarterly and annually) HR reports, o To work in coordination with consultants / service providers such as lawyer, auditors, SAP and IS consultants, etc. o To develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures, o To provide effective HR partnerships required to deliver a comprehensive value-add service line, o To support corporate communications with regard to all aspects of the Human Resources strategy, o To liaise with external vendors (career sites, consultancy firms, insurance companies, ticket etc.), o To perform and report the results of Employee Satisfaction Survey.
