Sales Support Supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE:

 To analyze sales data so as to meet the information needs about sales and dealers, perform office work at dealership process and coordinate the communication between company and sales representatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
o To coordinate communication between company and sales representatives,
o To prepare sales analysis and revenue distributions reports by games period,
o To prepare the coupon/column ratios, cancelled coupons, and dealer reports by games period,
o To get the complaints from dealers and customers and prepare the necessary studies and try to solve,
o To control the dealer candidates documents and inform them and provide to complete the forms if there is missing,
o To follow up, fill and enter the dealership agreements to the system,
o To prepare installation lists and send them to the related departments,
o To follow and perform the dealer cancellation transactions,
o To call the dealers and perform the dealer satisfaction survey periodically and analyze and report the results,
o To make the field activity surveys, analyze and report the results.
