Service Employee (Office Responsible)
POSITION PURPOSE :
Responsible for performing administrative office operations such as cleaning, repairing, serving, periodical control of floors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES o To prepare requirement list of all kitchens and coordinate the purchasing. o To prepare order list of all floor’s clean-up supplies, toilet paper, paper towel etc, o To determine catering for top management, order and service, o To manage and control office cleanliness. o To follow up the serving equipments in the kitchen and café, to provide reparation of out of order equipments o To control illumination of the office in the mornings o To control plants regularly.
