Executive Assistant
POSITION PURPOSE :
Responsible for General Manager’s heavy calendar&contact management, communicate and handle incoming & outgoing communications, assist General Manager with preparation of presentation materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
o To be responsible for calendar management of General Manager, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and other contacts. o To answer phones and direct all calls. o To communicate and handle incoming & outgoing electronic communications on be half of General Manager. o To assist General Manager for the preparation of the presentations. o To review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents. o To manage all meeting and travel arrangements, including flight and hotel organizations. o To arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management when needed. o To attend to the meetings and get meeting notes and send the notes to the attendees. o To perform all other secretarial responsibilities.
