Risk and Continuty Analyst
Requirements: • Higher education (degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Continuity and Risk Management, or equivalent industry experience) • Work Experience: 3+ years experience in Continuity and Risk management; 2+ years experience in mobile telecommunications including 3G and GSM • Knowledge of mobile telecomm product and service portfolios • Extensive hands-on knowledge of national emergency planning, business continuity management, risk analysis & management, BCM testing & exercising, incident and crisis management, business & infrastructure impact analyses, requirements management, assurance techniques and technology resilience & DR strategies • Good experience of conflict/issue resolution and influencing skills • Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani, Russian – fluent, English – upper-intermediate)
Job description The basic job duties will include, but not be limited to: • Ensure Technology has appropriate policies and standards for Business Continuity & Risk Management • Monitor, Exercise, Maintenance and Auditing of BCM (Residual Risk) capability • Ensure the integration of all BCM with best practises • Provide consultancy to all areas within Technology, and where appropriate, the Business in respect of Business Continuity & Risk Management • Provide Awareness and Capability Training as appropriate • Plan & conduct regular audit reviews of BCP status across Technology • Work with Supply Chain to ensure that supplier Continuity & Risk Management capabilities are recognised and acceptable • Provide Consultancy as required in support of requests from key account in respect of Company Risk & Continuity Capability
