Job description:
• Providing Deloitte’s clients with private and public fundraising and M&A advice
• Working as part of a team presenting to potential and existing clients of the firm
• Participating in the preparation of information memoranda and where necessary business plans
• Participating in and building financial models for fundraising and M&A transactions
• Working as a part of the team in financial Due Diligence projects, responsible for the review and analyses of the tagged section
• Contributing to the project by identifying the business risks and disclosing the future impacts
• Presenting the results of Due Diligence review to potential investors in required manner under Senior’s supervision
• Editing the reports and preparation of proposals and translation into Azerbaijani

Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and knowledge of valuation methods
• Good analytical skills
• Recognized degree from university. CFA/ACCA/CIMA students/qualifications and/or MBA would be useful
• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance areas
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills: able to transfer financial information in non-financial language
• Good interpersonal skills, team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
